Lentil Cream Soup with Garlic

Ingredients (serves 4):

500 g lentils, 1 large onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, thyme, 50 g margarine, croutons, salt, pepper

Preparation:

Boil 500 g of lentils in water, with an onion, a sprig of thyme, the cloves of garlic, and salt. Then remove the vegetables, and puree the lentils. The puree obtained is placed in the juice in which it was boiled. Put it back on the fire together with the margarine.

It is served with croutons.
