Pea Stew
Ingredients:
2 cups of peas, 1 cup of mushrooms, 5 bell peppers, 4-5 green onions, 1 bundle of green garlic, 3 tomatoes, 1 bundle of dill, oil, salt, pepper, parsley
Preparation:
Wash the peas and mushrooms with lukewarm water. Clean the onion, garlic and dill, and chop them finely. Slice the peppers and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients in a pot, add oil, salt, pepper, 2 cups of water and leave in the oven at 350F for 30 minutes. Turn the oven off and leave until it cools down.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
