Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

1 kg of tomatoes, 1 glass of rice, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 bunch of parsley, basil, sugar, salt, pepper

Preparation:

Grill tomatoes until soft, then peel and cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion and carrot, and boil together with the rice, sugar, salt and pepper in 2 liters of water.

After 30 minutes, add the finely chopped tomatoes and simmer for 10 more minutes.

Garnish with finely chopped parsley and basil.

It can be served hot or cold (like gazpacho)
