Walnut Butterhorns
Ingredients:
1 package of margarine, 1 cup of ground walnuts, 1 tsp. baking powder, lemon juice, salt, flour, cinnamon, powdered sugar
Preparation:
Mix the margarine with the nuts, then add the baking powder activated with the lemon juice.
Add a pinch of salt, and gradually incorporate flour until a stiff dough is obtained.
Roll out a sheet, cut into squares, and roll them into butterhorns.
Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes in a tray greased with margarine and lined with flour.
Remove when they reach a golden crust, then quickly roll them in cinnamon and powdered sugar.
