Audrey’s Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients:
6-8 cups quick oats
1 TBSP vanilla or almond flavoring
1-2 TBSP spice blend or cinnamon
2-3 TBSP ground chia or flax seed
2-3 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup coconut oil
Few cups almond milk, enough to soak oats
To Taste (TT) chopped nuts
TT dried fruit (if desired)
Instructions:
Mix in thoroughly: flavoring, spices of choice, chia, bananas, and melted coconut oil
Add almond milk to oats – just enough to soak
Stir in nuts and fruit
Bake at 350 until set
